Dear Triumph Saints and friends, it’s now been over a month since I suffered the loss of my dear wife Mother Geraldine Clark. As I reflect upon those tragic and overwhelming moments, and the support system that was generated from your love and concern, I must now express to the National Church Body: my heartfelt thanks and appreciation.
Just as David, in the book of Psalms, cried out to God; “when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to that rock that is higher than I.” When I found myself overwhelmed, you became my rock of safety, for which I am eternally grateful.
On August 3, a great memorial dedicated to the memory of Mother Geraldine Clark was facilitated in Cleveland, Ohio. It was truly a heartwarming and magnificent display of honor and respect to Mother Clark from the Church that she loved so much and was so deeply committed to serve. Mother Clark loved this Triumph Church with all her heart. She spread love as far as her mind and arms could reach. And I thank you Triumph Saints and friends for the demonstration of love you manifested in return.
For every prayer, every thought, every word of consolation, Thank you. For every card, every phone call, every mile traveled, every gift, thank you. Thank you national, district and state officials; thank you local officials and memberships. Although I find no words express the full depths of my appreciation for all you have done, your unsparing efforts in the memorialization of Mother Clark will live in my heart forever.
