TUITION SCHOLARSHIP

The administration of the E. D. Smith National School is excited to offer tuition scholarships to prospective participants in the Chautauqua 2014 seminar sessions, which will be held July 18th, 19th and 23rd. The administration recognizes that many members of the Church and Kingdom have a financial need, which heretofore may have prevented their registration and attendance in the School. Any prospective participant in a Chautauqua 2014 seminar is eligible to apply for a tuition scholarship. A tuition-scholarship applicant is required to submit the following:

1.   A letter identifying and describing his or her financial need

2.   A supporting letter from his or her Shepherd or next level of authority [presider or apostle] indicating his or her activity in the church and whether he or she is a member in good standing.

If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of tuition scholarships available, the Scholarship Committee will allocate each district represented in the applicant pool an equitable number of tuition scholarships.  Please note that scholarship funds are for tuition only. Applicants must be willing to pay for books and other fees.

The applicant should submit the letters described above by the deadline date of June 30, 2014 to:
